Baking for me began as a labor of love. After having a terrible experience with a local bakery that managed to mis-spell 'Birthday' on my son's 5th birthday cake, It lit a fire under me to do a better job than what i have been overpaying for.
I grew up in a family where everything revolved around cooking and the kitchen. So, it was a natural transition for me to give baking a shot.
It's hard finding local bakers that focus on Caribbean sweets and flavors (which I grew up on) So, i started my journey with learning from my culture and expanded by knowledge with every order and every client.
